Friday, January 14th, 2011 — A Virginia insurance company is refusing to pay damages to two men who claim they were beaten by bouncers at Ropers Rocking Country nightclub. Colony Insurance Co., in a federal lawsuit filed this week, said it wont cover damages to Logan Hathorn of Petal and Hunter Dunaway of Purvis, if they win their recent lawsuit against the bar.
