Several People Facing Charges in Logan, W. VA. Arson Case

The man who operates a restaurant and bar called 317 Steakhouse in downtown Logan is facing multiple charges in connection with an arson. James Gregory Glick is facing several charges Tuesday including arson, conspiracy to commit mail fraud and wire fraud, arson conspiracy, unlawful monetary transactions and obstruction of justice. 317 Steakhouse was closed Tuesday after West Virginia State Police executed a search warrant in connection with the case. A closed sign remained on the restaurant’s door as of Tuesday afternoon. According to an indictment, Glick bought a piece of vacant commercial rental property at 111 Stratton St., right across from his steakhouse and then intentionally had it set on fire in order to collect insurance money.
