Shots Fired at Colorado Adjuster Mistaken for Intruder

A 63-year-old man is facing charges after police say he fired two rounds into an empty condominium bedroom because he thought there was an intruder there Monday morning. No one was shot or injured, police said. The suspected intruder turned out to be an insurance adjuster inspecting an adjacent roof for damage, police said. The incident happened around 8 a.m. in a condominium complex in the 410 block of South Fraser Street.
