Supreme Court refuses to hear illegal immigrant comp case

At issue in the case of Vaughan Roofing & Sheet Metal L.L.C. vs. Antonio Garcia Rodriguez was whether the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 trumps state laws that require employers to provide workers comp benefits to injured workers.
