Authorities say they do not believe a man who fired shots at a neighbor and police from inside a burning Washougal home made it out alive. Fire crews arrived at the burning house at 3275 F Place shortly after 8 a.m. Wednesday and asked for police to respond. Neighbors say a man lived in the home with his wife and her sister. Bobby Bean was on his way to work when he stopped to help, fearing that there may be people trapped inside. When he tried to go inside, police said a man yelled "Go away."
