Hardin and Orange Counties ranked the 2 top counties in the entire state of Texas for wind, hail and lightning claims says Allstate. Jefferson county, meanwhile ranked the 5th highest in the state. The rankings have been determined for the time period of 2006 to 2010 and include the effects of Hurricanes Rita and Hurricane Ike back in 2008.
