Trailer Falls Off Hitch, Creating A Chain Reaction Crash
Friday, November 11th, 2016 Auto SubrogationMore details have been released regarding a multiple-vehicle crash that happened in Eau Claire Wednesday morning. It happened near the intersection of Clairemont Ave. and Menomonie Street. According to Eau Claire Police, a trailer fell off of the trailer hitch on a truck. A car driving behind it stopped, but was rear ended by a third car, which pushed it into the trailer. A fourth vehicle was unable to stop in time and collided with the third car. No one was injured. Police say they issued citations.
