A trolley carrying nearly two dozen wedding guests flipped on a Delaware highway Saturday afternoon, sending at least a dozen people to the hospital with injuries. Police said the vehicle, an attached passenger trolley trailer, was being pulled by a Ford Econo van along Coastal Highway (Route 1) just south of Dewey Beach about 4:40 p.m. when the trolley began to sway, then overturned. The van pulling the trolley, operated by Jolly Trolley, did not flip. The vans 76-year-old driver did not suffer injuries, police said. Authorities said there were 22 people on board the trolley, many of whom suffered bumps and bruises.
