Two men were critically injured Wednesday night after falling from the second floor of a Midtown commercial building with shops, restaurants and bars, police said. The incident happened in the 1100 block of Howell Mill Road, Atlanta police spokeswoman Elizabeth Espy said early Thursday. “The victims were leaning on the metal railing when the entire section of that railing broke free causing both to fall one story,” she said. The railing was directly next to the entrance of Marcel restaurant, Espy said.
