West Palm Beach roofer suing clients while defendants cite issues with contracts

Why has Skyhigh Siding & Roofing filed lawsuits against 62 Palm Beach County homeowners since 2006, suing 16 homeowners this year alone? The West Palm Beach-based company says it’s because the customers owe them money. "Some got the money from their insurance company and did not let us do the work. Some got the work done and do not want to pay the bill. Others want a discount," said Rene Jaimes, Skyhigh’s general manager. But customers and their attorneys tell a different story.
