The widow of a Connecticut state trooper killed in a highway crash last year is suing Enterprise Rent-A-Car, claiming the company shouldnt have rented a pickup truck to the driver who caused the wreck because of his criminal history. Sheila Hall of Hartford filed the lawsuit in state court Friday against Enterprise and its Windsor Locks store that rented the truck to Michael Pajak. Pajak is serving an 11-year prison sentence for manslaughter in the death of Trooper Kenneth Hall in September 2010.
