A woman collapsed through a Manhattan sidewalk after the concrete gave way Friday night on the Upper East Side. The woman, who was not immediately identified, was quickly rescued by FDNY and EMS crews after tumbling seven feet into a vault outside the Atomic Wings restaurant at East 60th Street and Second Avenue. She is in stable condition at New York Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center.
