Maleah Kiefer, 51, says she knows she us a lucky woman, telling KDKA-TVs Brenda Waters she could have been killed as the wheel of a snow plow narrowly missed her head. Kiefers car spun out on an icy road in Fredericktown, Washington County. When she got out of her vehicle and began walking, the driver of a snow plow struck her, tossing her in the air. She was taken to Mon Valley Hospital where she was treated for a broken finger and abrasions.
