Workers comp appeal rejected by high court

A worker denied rehabilitation benefits after a job-related injury had no grounds to sue an insurance company for bad faith, the state Supreme Court said Thursday. The unanimous opinion sided with a Pennington County circuit court ruling in a workers compensation case.
