Stuart possesses extensive loss experience with high value and historic properties, manufacturing facilities, electrical utility generation, and fossil fuel pipeline and storage facilities. Stuart has supervised and trained Catastrophe claims adjusters during every major East Coast hurricane event since 1989. He is qualified as an Expert Witness for commercial property coverage, having provided deposition and courtroom testimony. He is an experienced Appraiser and Umpire.
