Rainfall amounts of up to one half inch are possible during the next hour across portions of Hampton Roads. Locations impacted include... Virginia Beach, Franklin, Windsor, Ocean View, Virginia Wesleyan University, Old Dominion University, Downtown Norfolk, Great Bridge, Downtown Suffolk, Deep Creek, Downtown Portsmouth, Holland, Churchland, Norfolk State University, Norfolk, Chesapeake, Portsmouth, Suffolk, Hunterdale and Fentress.
