* At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 13.3 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 13.3 feet
this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage Thursday
evening.
* Impact...At 13.3 feet, There is minor flooding in the Berlin area
including in Riverside and Webster Street Parks in Berlin.
