Onshore winds and above normal tides will combine to generate
flooding of low areas along the shore. Do not drive around
barricades or through water of unknown depth. Take the necessary
actions to protect flood-prone property.
COASTAL FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 7 PM EST MONDAY...
* WHAT...Minor coastal flooding expected.
* WHERE...Southern Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie, Martin,
Coastal Volusia and Northern Brevard Counties.
* WHEN...Until 7 PM EST Monday.
* IMPACTS...Some flooding of low-lying lots, parks and roadways
may occur near the shoreline. Isolated road closures may be
possible.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Above normal high tides will continue
through early this week. The peak of the high tides will occur
during the morning hours around 7:00 AM to 8:00 AM today, and
around 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM on Monday.
