Harris County in southeastern Texas... * Until 745 PM CDT. * At 549 PM CDT, The public reported heavy rain in the advisory area. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. High water was reported on the Gulf Freeway feeder roads between the Emmett Lowry Expressway and FM 646. High water was also reported on Broadway in the city of Galveston. * Some locations that will experience flooding include...
