A strong thunderstorm will impact portions of northwestern Washington, southeastern Aroostook and east central Penobscot Counties through 700 PM EDT... At 611 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 8 miles east of Medway, or 17 miles east of Millinocket, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and pea size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Locations impacted include... Danforth, Medway, Amity, Haynesville, Wytopitlock, Reed Plantation, Codyville Plantation, Mattawamkeag, Chester, Winn, Woodville, Weston, Prentiss, Kingman, Reed, Orient, Macwahoc, Bancroft, Glenwood and Brookton.
