flooded, restricting access to the boat ramp and parking area.
Kennedy Creek at Forest Road 115 in Liberty County floods.

- At 7:15 PM CDT Wednesday /8:15 PM EDT Wednesday/ the stage
was 16.8 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this evening and continue rising to a crest of 20.7 feet
early Saturday morning.
- Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
- Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of
20.5 feet on 01/06/2017.
