* AFFECTED AREA...In South Dakota, Beadle, Gregory, Jerauld,
Sanborn, Miner, Brule, Aurora, Davison, Hanson, McCook,
Minnehaha, Charles Mix and Douglas.
* WINDS...South 20 to 25 mph with gusts up to 40 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 11 percent.
* IMPACTS...Any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
