Ares of Dense Fog In The Valleys Through Early Morning... Areas of dense fog have developed in many valleys of Garrett, Allegany, Mineral, Grant, Hardy, Hampshire, Pendleton, and Highland Counties. Visibility is being reduced to one-quarter of a mile or less at times. Drivers should be alert for rapid changes in visibility. Slow down, increase following distance, and use low beam headlights when encountering dense fog.
