* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Pennsylvania, including the following areas,
Allegheny, Butler, Higher Elevations of Westmoreland, Washington
and Westmoreland. Portions of the northern panhandle of West
Virginia, including the following area, Ohio.
* WHEN...Until 2 AM EDT Sunday.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- Thunderstorms with locally heavy rain will continue for a few
more hours from the West Virginia panhandle into southwest
Pennsylvania.
