Strong thunderstorms will impact portions of eastern Douglas, northwestern Elbert, western Arapahoe and southwestern Denver Counties through 230 PM MDT... At 203 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from Denver to 5 miles east of Greenland, or along a line extending from 54 miles south of Greeley to 22 miles north of Colorado Springs. Movement was northeast at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects.
