PATCHY DENSE FOG WILL DEVELOP OVER INLAND PORTIONS OF N.E. SOUTH CAROLINA AND S.E. NORTH CAROLINA THIS MORNING... Areas of fog will develop across inland portions of N.E. South Carolina and S.E. North Carolina, especially in the vicinity of I-95 corridor through daybreak. The fog may become locally dense, reducing visibilities on area roadways.
