AREAS OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING... Fog and low clouds can be found in the southern Finger Lakes to Twin Tiers areas this morning, enhanced by moisture from recent rains. Be prepared for fluctuations in visibility if traveling, and allow some extra time to reach your destination. Fog will be dense for some locations, with visibility under a quarter of a mile at times. Improvement will start to occur by 9 AM.
