Areas of Fog, Locally Dense, Expected Later Tonight... Rainfall combined with clearing skies and light winds will allow for fog to develop across much of eastern Kentucky later tonight. The fog will become locally dense, with visibilities falling to one quarter mile or less. Be sure to slow down and use low-beam headlights when driving in dense fog.
