At 800 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over Medina, or 14 miles west of Minneapolis, moving east at 35 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Locations impacted include... Minneapolis, St. Paul, Buffalo, Bloomington, Brooklyn Park, Plymouth, Eagan, Maple Grove, Coon Rapids, Eden Prairie, Burnsville, and Blaine. This includes the following highways...
