LOCALLY DENSE FOG AFFECTING PORTIONS OF NORTHERN MN Areas of locally dense fog will affect areas near northern MN this morning. Visibilities of 1/2 to 1/4 mile have already been observed, which should persist through the next several hours. Visibilities are expected to improve by mid morning. If traveling early this morning, reduce your speed and use low- beam headlights when encountering foggy areas.
