FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT THROUGH THURSDAY AFTERNOON...
* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
possible.
* WHERE...Portions of Oklahoma, including the following counties,
Caddo, Canadian, Carter, Cleveland, Comanche, Cotton, Garvin,
Grady, Jefferson, Love, McClain, Murray, Oklahoma, Pottawatomie,
Stephens and Tillman. Portions of northern Texas, including the
following counties, Archer, Baylor, Clay, Wichita and Wilbarger.
* WHEN...Through early Thursday afternoon.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks.
