Take steps now to protect tender plants from the cold. To prevent
freezing and possible bursting of outdoor water pipes they should
be wrapped, drained, or allowed to drip slowly. Those that have
in-ground sprinkler systems should drain them and cover above-
ground pipes to protect them from freezing.

MONDAY...
* WHAT...Near freezing or Sub-freezing temperatures expected from
the lower 20s in northwest Oklahoma to near freezing in
southeast Oklahoma and western north Texas.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, northern,
northwest, southeast, southern, southwest and western Oklahoma
and northern Texas.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 9 AM CDT Monday.
* IMPACTS...Frost and freeze conditions can kill crops, other
sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor
plumbing.
