* WHAT...For the first Freeze Warning, sub-freezing temperatures
as low as 27. For the second Freeze Warning, sub-freezing
temperatures as low as 25 expected.
* WHERE...Portions of northwest Arkansas and east central,
northeast and southeast Oklahoma.
* WHEN...For the first Freeze Warning, until 9 AM CDT this
morning. For the second Freeze Warning, from midnight tonight
to 9 AM CDT Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...These conditions will kill plants and other tender
vegetation that are left outdoors or unprotected.
ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Even colder temperatures are expected Tuesday
night with another widespread hard freeze across the region.
Preparations should be made now for the sub-freezing temperatures.
