AREAS OF FOG EARLY THIS MORNING... Fog has developed across portions of the eastern Virginia Piedmont early this morning. Visibility will be restricted to less than one mile and locally a quarter mile or less. Fog should lift after 8 AM. Motorists should be alert for sudden changes in visibility due to the areas of fog. Drive at reduced speeds and use low beam headlights only.
