WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 5 PM MST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 3 to 7 inches. East winds gusting as high as 55 mph. * WHERE...Southwest Wyoming. * WHEN...Until 5 PM MST Friday. * IMPACTS...The combination of snow and considerable blowing snow resulting from moderate to strong easterly winds will result in dangerous conditions. These winds will also result in wind chill values near zero late tonight. Delay travel or consider alternative routes. If travel is necessary, slow down and allow for extra time.
