* WHAT...West winds 10 to 25 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
expected.
* WHERE...In North Carolina, Surry and Wilkes Counties. In
Virginia, Roanoke, Botetourt, Rockbridge, Patrick, Franklin,
Bedford and Amherst Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Wind chill values by Tuesday morning will
lower into the single digits and teens.
