Virginia, Roanoke, Botetourt, Rockbridge, Patrick, Franklin,
Bedford and Amherst Counties.
* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST today.
* IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may
result.
