Winds gusting as high as 50 mph. * WHERE...Salt River and Wyoming Ranges. * WHEN...Until 5 AM MST Monday. * IMPACTS...The combination of snow and wind will create hazardous travel over Salt River Pass and in the backcountry. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Snow totals over the southern end of the mountains will range from 12 to 18 inches.
