* WHERE...Portions of northwest and west central Washington,
including the following counties, in northwest Washington, Grays
Harbor. In west central Washington, Lewis and Thurston.
* WHEN...From 1 PM PST this afternoon through late Monday night.
* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.

- Heavy rain in higher elevations of central and southern
western Washington could cause river flooding beginning this
