FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 1215 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected. * WHERE...Portions of east central and eastern New York, including the following counties, in east central New York, Saratoga and Schenectady. In eastern New York, Fulton. * WHEN...Until 1215 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Rises in small streams. Water over roadways. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 914 AM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 1 inch are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
