FLOOD ADVISORY NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 215 PM EST THIS AFTERNOON... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of east central and eastern New York, including the following counties, in east central New York, Saratoga and Schenectady. In eastern New York, Fulton. * WHEN...Until 215 PM EST. * IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas. Water over roadways. Overflowing poor drainage areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1206 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the advisory area. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen. - Additional rainfall amounts up to 0.5 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding. - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
