TUESDAY...
* WHAT...Blizzard conditions expected. Total snow accumulations
of 7 to 15 inches and ice accumulations up to one tenth of an
inch. Winds gusting as high as 50 mph.
* WHERE...Portions of central, east central, south central and
southeast South Dakota.
* WHEN...From 6 AM Monday to 6 PM CST Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. Areas
of blowing snow could reduce visibility to near-zero at times.
The hazardous conditions could impact the morning or evening
commute into Tuesday. Gusty winds could bring down tree
branches.
