FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 515 AM EST EARLY THIS MORNING... * WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues. * WHERE...Portions of northern Delaware, including the following county, New Castle and Pennsylvania, including the following counties, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Lehigh, Montgomery and Northampton. * WHEN...Until 515 AM EST. * IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 309 AM EST, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated heavy rain. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. - Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
