A system will move across the region this morning with rain potentially changing over to snow for a few hours within bands of heavier precipitation rates. Areas of heavier snow will lead to temporarily reduced visibilities and slippery road conditions which will improve quickly after snow ends. Light snowfall accumulations of a dusting are possible on grassy and elevated surfaces with higher localized amounts.
