Locally higher amounts are possible over southern New Hampshire and southwestern Maine. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph with blowing and drifting snow. * WHERE...Portions of south central, southwest, and western Maine and central, northern, and southern New Hampshire. * WHEN...Until 7 PM EST this evening. * IMPACTS...Significant snowfall and periods of heavy snowfall rates will combine with low visibility to create very dangerous driving conditions.
