accumulations of 2 to 8 inches. Northerly winds sustained at 20
to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
* WHERE...In Kansas, Cheyenne, Rawlins, Decatur and Norton
counties. In Nebraska, Hitchcock and Red Willow counties.
* WHEN...From 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/ Monday to 5 AM MST /6 AM CST/
Tuesday.
* IMPACTS...Dangerous to locally impossible travel conditions.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Heavy snow will rapidly develop across the
warning area early Monday morning. Conditions will rapidly
deteriorate around, or shortly after, sunrise. Heavy snow will
