Chinati Mountains, Marfa Plateau, Central Brewster County,
Chisos Basin, Presidio Valley and Lower Brewster County.
* TIMING...From 10 AM this morning to 10 PM CST this evening.
* WINDS...West 35 to 45 mph with gusts up to 65 mph.
* RELATIVE HUMIDITY...As low as 8 percent.
* RFTI...5 or critical.
* IMPACTS...Avoid the use of open flames or any activities that
may generate sparks. Accidental ignitions will have the
potential to grow quickly into dangerous wind-driven wildfires.
