In Pennsylvania, Bradford, Susquehanna, Northern Wayne, Wyoming, Lackawanna, Luzerne, Pike and Southern Wayne counties. * WHEN...From 3 PM Tuesday to 4 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
