COASTAL FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM 7 AM TUESDAY TO 7 AM EST WEDNESDAY... * WHAT...Moderate coastal flooding expected. * WHERE...Coastal Taylor and Coastal Dixie Counties. * WHEN...From 7 AM Tuesday to 7 AM EST Wednesday. * IMPACTS...Water levels will rise quickly leading to high tide around 2 pm on Tuesday. Water levels of 3 to 5 feet above normally dry ground are expected. This will result in moderate flooding of low lying coastal communities like Keaton Beach, Steinhatchee, Horseshoe Beach, and Suwannee. Numerous roads will flood and non-elevated structures will be prone to inundation along the immediate coast. A secondary surge of above normal tides is expected late Tuesday night, though should only be in the 2 to 3 foot above normally dry ground range, primarily affecting coastal roadways.
