The strongest wind gusts are expected over the southern Piedmont, Sandhills, and southern Coastal Plain. * WHEN...Winds will gradually increase through the midday hours and peak from mid afternoon through the evening, generally between 2 PM and 10 PM Tuesday. * IMPACTS...Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects.
